Site establishment is complete, and early works are now underway. The commencement of construction not only demonstrates our commitment to delivering a high-quality development but also provides assurance to our buyers that Marina Point is progressing on schedule. Rafts for Building 1 and Building 2 completed

The Marina Point team is pleased to share that the concrete slabs for Buildings 1 and 2 have now been successfully completed. This is a major structural milestone in the construction journey, forming the solid foundation for both buildings. With the rafts now in place, our team is progressing confidently into the next phase of works, including vertical structure and framing. The project remains on track, and we look forward to seeing the buildings take further shape in the coming weeks.

Pool Pavilion building completed

The Marina Point team is excited to announce the completion of the Pool Pavilion building — a key milestone that brings our vision for exceptional lifestyle living one step closer to reality.

This purpose-built Pavilion is designed to offer residents an elevated wellness experience, featuring a 25-metre seasonally heated pool, a fully equipped Technogym fitness centre, a peaceful yoga room, and a soothing infrared sauna.

Level 8 slab poured

Marina Point’s Level 8 slab has now been poured in Building 1, marking a momentous occasion for the project. Our dedicated in-house construction team has been working tirelessly to ensure every detail meets our high standards of quality for future residents.

As one of the final slab pours, this achievement brings us just weeks away from the next major step, with the roof on track to be installed within the next five weeks. 

Meanwhile, the stunning north-to-water display apartment on Level 1 is nearing completion, offering a first glimpse of the exceptional lifestyle to come. Private appointments will soon be available for those eager to experience the design, finishes and views firsthand.

BUILDING 1 TOPS OUT

Marina Point has reached its most significant construction milestone yet, with Building 1 officially topping out. 

A special ceremony was held on-site to thank everyone for their effort and dedication throughout the build.
