Did you know the first apartments were called insulae and were built in the Roman Century as mass housing for the poor? Houses were only for the wealthy, including Caesar himself. What a turnaround to today, where apartments are enviable real estate with prime panoramic views.
That thought was definitely in our minds when we designed Marina Point, and we knew we needed to think differently about how people live today. We needed to exceed the high benchmark for a first-class apartment lifestyle.

Let’s start at the front door.
First, location. Marina Point is in the heart of Hope Island, the Gold Coast’s most grand and glamorous suburb with a love of palm trees, good coffee, sailing and golf. Because of its location at the sparkling Coomera River junction, you’ll get incredible water views from many of the mid-rise apartment towers and the residents’ lounge and bar.
The secure gated entryway is the first thing you’ll see when you arrive. No fob, no entry. There are separate entry and exit points for easy access in and out. Each apartment is allocated two car parking spaces, fitted with power points ready for your electric vehicle charging station.

The apartment towers at Marina Point are opulent and stylish. We’ve purposefully designed them to be only a few storeys high because our priority is luxury living, space to breathe and a genuine sense of harmony – not to squeeze people in like sardines.
We also keep the apartments boutique because we don’t need to go higher for the best views. The spectacular outlook across the river, over to the lush Gold Coast hinterland and even to Surfers Paradise is virtually uninterrupted.

While you might never want to leave your apartment, we can assure you a world of fun is at your doorstep. You can start by exploring the waterfront esplanade, or jump into your kayak and cruise down to Broadbeach while glimpsing some of the Gold Coast’s most spectacular waterfront homes.
From Marina Point, you’ll get bridge-free access to the open ocean for larger boats. The berths at Marina Point are some of the largest available, offering up to 25 meter berths for mooring bigger vessels. The wide-open waterfront allows you to manoeuvre your boat in and out easily.
If your vessel is as small as a kayak or jet ski, you can stow it away in on-site storage areas dedicated to that very purpose.
Further afield, you can stroll to nearby local cafes, restaurants and boutique stores. Hope Island Marketplace is a two-minute drive away, or you can explore some of the area’s premium shopping and dining precincts.
And of course, you’ll have your choice of world-class golf courses right around the corner, including the world-famous Links Hope Island.
