Thanks to forward planning during Stage 1 construction, including the basement structure, the team has saved significant time and resources fast-tracking Stage 2 progress.

Structural columns have been poured, column cages prefabricated and the spectacular riverside boardwalk wrapping around the water’s edge is now taking shape. Preparations are also in place for the installation of stone retaining block walls and lift shaft walls.

In the coming weeks, the focus will be on forming and pouring all 57 columns from basement to ground floor, building the lift shaft and preparing for the ground floor podium slab pour. Then, the only way is up.

Marina Point’s in-house construction team, TSG, is working around the clock to ensure the program remains on track, with first residents earmarked to move in by mid-2027.
