FIRST RESIDENTS DUE TO Move in by April 2026
Building 1 has officially topped out ahead of welcoming its first residents in April 2026. With the structure complete, works inside the building are progressing rapidly as our construction team moves through the internal levels to finalise finishes and services.
Sustainability is also taking shape, with solar panels now installed on the roof to support the community power. Externally, scaffolding removal has commenced on Level 8, gradually revealing the building’s facade as we move closer to completion. We have also commenced forming the entrance gates, marking another visible step forward on site.
At the same time, forward planning has enabled Building 2 to be fast-tracked, keeping construction firmly on schedule for completion in mid-2027.
The momentum on site continues to build, with the roof over the ground-level car parking now prepared for a concrete pour in the coming days. This milestone will pave the way for the commencement of the Level 1 apartment slabs shortly after.
