The structure has now reached Level 6 and work is already underway to prepare the next level above. On the lower levels, important services like plumbing, ventilation and fire safety systems are being installed, and windows are now being fitted throughout the building.

On lower levels, the walls and ceilings are being painted, tiling is underway, and kitchen joinery and built-in features are being installed. Many of these waterfront apartments are now starting to feel complete.

The exterior western side of Building 1 is being rendered and the first section of scaffolding has now been removed. This marks a key milestone, offering a first look at the beautiful exterior design that truly sets Marina Point Apartments apart.

To recognise and thank the hardworking team bringing this vision to life, we recently held a BBQ onsite for our construction workers. It was a wonderful way to pause, connect and show our appreciation.
