Marina Point’s in-house building team is on track with the pool shell now installed, inground services finalised and blockwork commenced.
The main raft slab has been also laid, solidifying the foundation of Hope Island’s newest waterfront community.
Following the completion of blockwork, the installation of structural steel will then commence. Building One’s piling platform has now been completed, with pre-drilling and sheet piling underway and scheduled for completion within approximately 25 working days, paving the way for dewatering and bulk excavation to begin.
