The structure has now reached level 6, where work is underway to prepare the next level above. On the lower levels, important services like plumbing, ventilation, and fire safety systems are being installed, and windows are now being fitted throughout the building, giving it its first defining features.

Inside the apartments, rooms are beginning to take shape. Framing and wall works are progressing in the lower-level apartments, while others are already being lined with plasterboard. On the lower floors, walls and ceilings are being painted, tiling is underway, and kitchen joinery and built-in features are being installed. Many of these homes are now starting to feel complete.

Outside, the western side of Building 1 is being rendered, and the first section of scaffolding has now been removed. This marks a key milestone, offering a first look at the beautiful exterior design that truly sets Marina Point Apartments apart.

To recognise and thank the hardworking team bringing this vision to life, we recently held a BBQ onsite for our construction workers. It was a wonderful way to pause, connect, and show our appreciation.
