Marina Point has reached its most significant construction milestone yet, with Building 1 officially topping out. Now that the structure has achieved its full height, the countdown is on as we bring our first collection of exclusive waterfront apartments to life.
To celebrate this achievement, a special Topping Out Ceremony was held on site for all construction workers and the in-house building team. The event featured a catered lunch to thank everyone for their incredible effort and dedication throughout the build. For us at Marina Point, it is not only about creating a community for our future residents but also about fostering a sense of belonging and pride among our team and all those who contribute to bringing this vision to life.
During the ceremony, the builders handed over an olive tree, symbolising peace, endurance, and prosperity. The tree will be planted on site as a lasting reminder of the teamwork, resilience, and shared commitment that have defined Marina Point’s journey.

“Reaching the highest point of the building is a momentous occasion for everyone at Marina Point, including our hard-working construction team and, of course, our future residents,” Developer Rick Sheida said. “Our focus now is on delivering the exceptional quality and finishes that our buyers expect from us.” Marina Point’s brand-new, north-to-water display apartment is also now open for private inspections, allowing you to experience first-hand just how special these residences are. With limited opportunities remaining in Building 1, you could move into your dream home as early as April 2026. The Marina Point Showroom is open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 4pm, |
